电解法在油墨废水处理中的应用

摘    要:针对油墨废水污染浓度高而水量较小的特点,某油墨厂采用电解法作为主体工艺处理该厂油墨废水,工程实践表明:通过电解法的预处理,利用其氧化、还原、凝聚和气浮的综合作用,对废水的COD、BOD和色度的去除率分别达到47%、60%和84%以上,再结合SBR处理,排放水可达到广东省地方标准《茂名市水污染物排放限值》DB44/56-2003的一级标准。

Abstract:One printing ink plant adopts electrolysis as the major technique forink sewage treatment in view of the characteristics of ink sewage such as concentration pollution and small water volume.Engineering practice shows that sewage pretreatment via electrolysis with the comprehensive roles such as oxidation,reduction,concentration and air flotation,can realize the removal rate of COD,BOD and color at 47%,60% and over 84% respectively.Along with SBR treatment,discharged water can reach local standard of Guangdong Province,the grade-I standard of "Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants of Maoming "(DB44/56-2003).
