| 摘 要： | 在纸币的职能问题上,我国现行的高中和大学教材的阐述既含混不清又自相矛盾,原因就在于编者的思想停留在上个世纪70年代以前,即认为金银才是货币,纸币不是货币,纸币只代替金银执行流通手段的职能。实际上,当今世界的货币是纸币,金银已不是货币,货币的五大职能全部由纸币承担。金银是货币的商品形态,是货币的低级形态,纸币是货币的信用形态,是货币的高级形态。我们应该坚持马克思货币观的科学内核并随着实践的进步发展马克思主义的货币观,教材应该作相应的修改。

| Abstract: | The role of paper currency is not clearly defined and even ambiguous in the current textbooks for senior middle schools and colleges. The reason is that the editors' stereotypical ideas drive them to believe that the medium of currency is gold and silver, not paper and that paper can only take the circulating role of the gold and silver in the commodity exchange. In modern society, paper currency plays five roles and becomes the advanced form of currency. Therefore, the definite definition of the roles of currency should be provided according to Marxist ideas of currency. |
