| 摘 要： | “以德治国”方略的落实 ,关键是要建立起一套完善的道德运行机制 ,加强对德育工作的领导 ;要建立完善的道德决策机制、运行机制、监督机制和法律保障机制 ,使以德治国切实落到实处 ;要建立和完善干部的道德考评机制 ,把道德考评作为干部选拔、任免的重要依据。在当前 ,最主要的是抓好“官德”建设 ,促进党风、政风和社会风气的根本好转。

| Abstract: | The key of fulfilling the policy of "administrating nation with morality"is to set up a perfect moral system and strengthen the leadship of moral education;to establish perfect moral policy making system?proceeding system?supervising system and law safeguarding system to really implement the policy;and to set up and perfect cadre's morality test and assess system. Nowadays, the most important thing is to grasp"cadre's morality" construction to promote the basic change of party atmosphere,political atmosphere and social atmosphere. |
