| 摘 要： | 人力资源是具有重要价值的资源。图书馆的以人为本是以图书馆员为中心的管理,一切管理活动都是围绕调动馆员的主动性、积极性和创造性而展开的,每个馆员都成为图书馆事业发展的源动力,从而实现图书馆的功能。
