| 摘 要： | 动漫人才培养问题是影响动漫产业发展的关键问题。对动漫人才培养策略与方法的研究是有效开展动漫人才培养的前提和基础。日本近年实施了一系列较有成效的动漫人才培养策略,我们对此进行研究并在一定程度上借鉴,可以推动我国动漫人才的培养工作,加快我国动漫事业的发展。

| Abstract: | The animation talents training is the key issue affecting the development of animation industry.The research on training strategies and methods of animation talents is the prerequisite and basis for the effective training.In recent years,Japan has implemented a series of effective strategies in animation talents training.Studying on it and learning to a certain degree may promote China’s animation talents training and speed up the development of China’s animation industry. |
