| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是高校师资中的一个特殊群体,肩负着学生思想品德教育、校园生活管理、心理健康指导以及学生就业指导等重要职责。其自身的职业生涯规划不仅关系到他们工作的积极性和专业化程度,还直接影响到学生的成长和发展,影响着高等教育的质量。通过分析目前高校辅导员工作中存在的问题,阐述了高校辅导员职业生涯规划的意义,并对辅导员个人和学校两方面如何搞好高校辅导员职业生涯规划进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | College counselors are special groups in colleges who are in charge of the moral education,the management of college life,and the guidance in the psychological health and the career of students.Therefore,college counselors’ career planning not only influences their working enthusiasm and specialization but also relates with the growth and development of students and even the quality of higher education.The author analyzes the problems of college counselors’ work at present,explains the significance of college counselors’ career planning,and makes a preliminary discussion on how to do well in college counselors’ career planning from both individuals and colleges in the thesis. |
