| 摘 要： | 近年来,泰国美食进入昆明市场。由于泰国美食具有独特的自然和人文背景、丰富的原材料、富有特色的口味,以及独特的中国式炒菜、泰式"凉拌菜"YAM、炖、炸和烤等制作方法,并以其独特的口味、营养价值、饮食方式和餐厅布置,逐渐地被昆明人所接受和喜爱。但是,泰国美食也面临着价格偏高、品牌低下、宣传力度不够等发展问题和挑战。

| Abstract: | Thai gourmet food has been introduced into Kunming in the recent past years.Thai gourmet food is gradually popular with the residents in Kunming due to its distinct natural and cultural backgrounds,abundant raw materials,distinctive flavors,unique Chinese style cooking,Thai style salads,YAM,cooking techniques like stewing,roasting and deep-frying,etc.However,Thai gourmet food now faces problems and challenges,such as high price,inferior brands,insufficient publicity efforts,etc. |
