| 摘 要： | 提高“学报质量”，首先要明确其涵义。在此基础上，寻找实现的有效途径。青岛职业技术学院学报近年来通过致力于优化出版流程的探索和实践，证明遵照学术期刊的属性和国家、行业的相关要求，结合学院的科研实际、专业特色和编辑人员的实际情况，制定一系列行之有效的规章制度，能够使学报质量得以不断提高。

| Abstract: | To improve the journal quality,we must define its meaning clearly.Only on the basis,can the valid path to improve the journal quality be found.In recent years,Journal of Qingdao Technical College has been striving to explore and improve the optimization of the publishing process according to the attributes of academic periodical and the related requirements of the nation and profession,and established a series of valid regulation systems on the combination of the research of the college practice,professional features and editors’ situation,which ensured the faster improvement of the journal quality. |
