| 摘 要： | 跨国企业在东道国经营面临着该国的政治风险，有时这种风险可能给跨国企业带来灾难性的打击。因此对东道国的政治风险管理便成为跨国企业必须掌握的一项技能。企业的政治行为是企业为获取有利经营的政治环境对公共政策的制定过程施加影响而采取的行动，也是企业获取竞争优势的重要手段之一。在美国。企业的政治行为是合法而又普遍的。企业往往与政策制定者建立并保持长期密切的联系，以便在必要时对其施加有效的影响。而他们采取的政治战略可以归纳为信息提供、物质激励、选民组建和法律行动。美国是我国跨国投资的主要目的国之一。我国跨国企业不但需要研究其在美国经营的政治环境．而且应该借鉴美国企业的政治行为及他们所使用的政治战略，以便有效地进行政治风险管理，从而拓展自己的生存空间。

| Abstract: | Multinational enterprises （MNEs） operate in host countries face political risks; these risks may bring serious threats to them. Therefore, MNEs must understand how to manage political risks in host countries. Corporate political behavior are actions taken by a firm to influence public policy environment in a way favorable to it, it is one of the important ways for a firm to obtain competitive advantage. In the US, it is perfectly legitimate and common for American fioms to exert political influence. To obtain competitive advantage, American firms usually build and maintain long-term relationship with important politicians, and exert influence when it is necessary. The political strategies adopted by them are information, financial incentives, constituency-building and legal actions. The US is one of the most important host countries of Chinese MNEs. Chinese MNEs need not only to monitor political environment in the US, but also to learn from American firms＇ political behavior and strategies, therefore to effectively manage political risks in this country and obtain competitive advantage. |
