| 摘 要： | 随着中国加入世贸组织、北京成功举办奥运会，特别是上海世博会的圆满承办，中国越来越国际化，众多的外国企业将在中国寻求发展的机会，而中国的企业也迎来了走向世界的机遇，在商业外贸领域获得了长足的发展。在这种环境下，企业之间的相互沟通和交流成为了彼此合作的重要条件，因此，商务英语在外贸活动中成为不可或缺的桥梁与枢纽，商务英语的语言特点对国际贸易发挥着重要的促进作用。

| Abstract: | With China/s accession to the WTO, Beijing＇s successful Olympic Games, successful contractors of Shanghai World Expo in particular, China has become more international, many foreign companies will seek development opportunities in China, while Chinese enterprises are also welcomed to the world and gain considerable commercial development in the field of foreign trade. In this environment, mutual business communication and exchange between the indusrties has become an important condition for co-operation. Therefore, the Business English is becoming an indispensable bridge and hub in the foreign trade activities,the characteristics of business English plays an important role in the international trade. |
