| 摘 要： | 运用先进典型在大学生中开展思想政治教育,是高校思想政治工作行之有效的方法。但由于社会价值取向多元化、大学生自我意识增强、典型宣传教育方式方法不当等原因,目前高校典型教育效果出现了弱化倾向。高校开展典型教育必须做到真实性与群众性相结合,关心爱护与严格要求相结合,学习典型本身与放大典型效应相结合,继承传统与开拓创新相结合,学校教育、社会教育和家庭教育相结合。

| Abstract: | Role model education among university students used to be an effective way of ideological and political education.However,the current role model education is not as effective as it should be.The reasons include the pluralism of social values,the increasing self-consciousness of university students,and the inadequate practice of the education at issue.An effective role model education requires that five sorts of combination should be guaranteed,namely,authenticity and popularization,love and strictness,role models and their augmented effect,tradition inheriting and innovation,school education,social education and family education. |
