| 摘 要： | 人口总量不断增加和迅速老龄化给我国的经济发展带来了不利的影响。通过制定中长期的人口发展规划，建立社会与家庭相结合的养老保障体系,适时提高劳动年龄的上限,加快科技进步和产业结构调整与升级，实现经济社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The disadvantage influences have been taken to the development of our country's economy by the uninterrupted increase of the population gross and the speediness of population ageing. So it is necessary to realize the continuable development of economic society by the hands of the establishment of long-term population development plan, the foundation of endowment insurance system composed of society and family, the timely increase of work age upper limit, the rapid adjustment and upgrade of the science advancement and the industry structure. |
