| 摘 要： | 中华民族具有较强的心理惯性,对传统的道德法有着近乎本能的心理倚靠,这一点对我国当前正在进行法制建设具有深远的影响,需要我们在学习和借鉴西方先进法律文化的同时,更要注重对本土传统道德法的利用。而道德法律化就是我们利用传统道德法的一种良好形式,但道德法律化需要满足一定的实践要求。

| Abstract: | The Chinese People has strong inertia and they reckon very much on China's traditional Moral Law,which has great influence on China's legalization.We should learn the advanced western legal culture on the condition that we should pay more attention to the use of our traditional Moral Law.The legalization of morals is one of the best forms we make use of the moral law,while some jobs should be done to meet the requirements. |
