| 摘 要： | 从职后教育的形式、内容、师资素质与评价体系上对广东省高职院校体育教师职后教育现状进行调查;根据职后教育的特点和规律,分析高职体育教师职后教育的作用以及其存在的问题;结合高职院校体育教师的特点,探索适合其发展的职后教育方式和内容,并提出相应的对策,为提高体育教师综合能力提供理论依据。 |
