| 摘 要： | 临场执裁的艺术性是衡量裁判员临场执裁水平高低的重要指标之一,它具有多样性、创造性和随机性等特点。要学会正确处理好事实与认识,执行与报告,集中与分散,快与慢,正确与错误,判与不判,场上与场下,解决问题与制造问题,比赛中人与人之间的法定关系和职责权限以及规则的学习掌握与修改变化等矛盾关系。认真总结自身或汲取别人临场执裁的经验,逐步内化为自己的执裁行为习惯,以不断提高临场裁判水平,逐步达到"艺术"的境界。

| Abstract: | The art of spot executive is one of important indicators which measures the level of spot umpire,Which characters are diversity,creativity and randomness and so on.To learn how to correctly handle the truth and understanding,Implementation and reporting,Centralized and decentralized,Fast and slow,Right and wrong,and not sub-contracting,Farm and field,the resolution of problems and manufacturing issues,the race between people legal relationship and responsibilities of the authority and learn to master the rules changes and modifications contradiction.Conscientiously summing up itself or the draw others experience,and gradually enforce into their own behavior in order to constantly improve the level of the referee spot,and gradually achieve the "art" of the realm. |
