| 摘 要： | 通过对快易网球理念的深入剖析,对快易网球教学理念与传统网球教学理念进行对比,并通过教学实验进行实证研究。研究结果表明,快易网球教学方法对提高学生网球兴趣,增加课堂运功负荷,增强学生交流与合作,提高技战术实际应用能力有显著作用。
