| 摘 要： | 联盟采购文献资源是图书馆合作与资源共建共享的一个重要内容。文章阐述了图书馆联盟采购的形成动因,对联盟采购形成中的阻碍因素进行分析,并提出图书馆联盟采购可持续发展的对策建议,以推动图书馆文献资源建设工作健康发展。

| Abstract: | Consortium purchasing of resources has become an important content of the library cooperation and resource sharing.The article describes the formation of library consortia purchasing motives,and makes an analysis of the factors of the alliance purchasing obstacles.Finally some countermeasures are proposed to promote the healthy development of consortia purchasing. |
