| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、比较法、逻辑分析等研究方法,从运动相似性的角度,结合教学实践对高校艺术体操绳操和花样跳绳之间的联系进行分析,提出花样跳绳融入艺术体操绳操教学中的可行性强;并且在提高艺术体操教学效果,培养学生终身体育意识,促进东西方文化融合,发扬民族传统体育等方面都有积极的作用。希望在发扬民族传统体育项目的同时,为现代学校艺术体操的发展提供新思路。

| Abstract: | By literature,Comparison and logical analysis,From the sports point of similarity,Combining with teaching practice,Analysis the link between stylish skipping rope and rhythmic rope,Concludes,stylish skipping rope into the teaching of artistic gymnastics in not only feasible,But also have positive effects in improving teaching effectiveness,Learning lifelong awareness training,Promoting traditional sports,and other aspects.In order to carry forward the traditional ethnic sports and provide a new thinking for modern school rhythmic gymnastics. |
