| 摘 要： | 近年来,野生动物致害事件频繁发生,严重威胁到当地居民的合法权益。国家补偿是弥补受害人损失的有效途径,而我国现行的野生动物致害的国家补偿制度存在着严重的缺陷与不足。因此,必须尽快从理论与具体制度设计上完善这一制度,以促进人与野生动物的和谐共处。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the damaging events caused by wildlife have occurred frequently,which is a serious threat to the legal rights of the local residents.National compensation system is the effective way to make up for victim’s loss.But China’s current national compensation system to damage by wildlife has many serious defects and deficiencies.Therefore,this law system should be perfected from the aspects of theory and concrete norms as soon as possible to promote the harmony between human beings and wildlife living together. |
