| 摘 要： | 我国的民办高职院校经历了萌芽、转型、发展三个阶段,如今已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。民办高职院校的办学资金来源于私人,办学效益摆在首位,其在管理思想、管理组织、管理模式、管理执行力方面,呈现出许多自身特点。针对其管理现状,民办教育工作者管理上应坚持以人为本,努力寻求教育服务与经济利益的完美对接,同时要加强与公办院校的交流与合作,鼓励员工参与学院管理。

| Abstract: | Private higher vocational colleges in our country have experienced germination,transition and development stage.Now private higher vocational colleges have become an important part of higher education.Because the sources of funds come from private in private higher vocational colleges,they consider the benefit of running in the first.Their management idea,management organization,management mode,and management execution,appear many unique characteristics.This article discusses about the management based on the private vocational colleges,and put forward the corresponding suggestion. |
