| 摘 要： | 宏程序是手工编程的高级形式,编程理念不同于CAD/CAM软件的自动编程。文章分析了数控宏程序编程的基本概念、功能及常用编程格式,并以HNC-21/22T系统为例,简述了3种二次非圆曲线轮廓的宏程序的编写方法,以便读者能较容易地掌握宏程序的编写技巧。

| Abstract: | Macro program,which programming idea is different from the automatic programming idea of CAD/CAM software,is the senior form of manual programming.The paper analyses the basic concepts,functions and common programming formats of CNC macro programming.Besides,taking the HNC-21/22T system as the example,the paper discusses three macro programming methods of secondary non-circular curve profile so that readers easily master the macro programming skills. |
