| 摘 要： | 学校在发展过程中总是有意或无意地受发展战略的引导。学校发展战略受教育科学的影响，但更受学校教育资源的丰富程度的限制。本文根据学校教育资源的丰富程度，把学校发展战略分为外围援助战略、外延发展战略与内涵发展战略，并对这三种发展战略的侧重点做了分析，以供有关人员参考。
