| 摘 要： | 推进双语教育，建设一支“民汉兼通”的少数民族双语教师队伍是关键。开展双语教师培训工作，只要统一认识，明确目标，制定切实可行的教学计划，采取有效的教学模式，各地、各校齐心协力，精心组织，就能完成好这项工作。

| Abstract: | The promotion of bilingual education hings on have a good command of both the Chinese and minority building up a rank of ethnic bilingual teachers who languages. The bilingual teacher training can be done very well as long as we share the same understanding, have clear objectives, draw up practical and feasible teaching plans and use the effective modes of teaching; and every college and university work collaboratively and meticulously. |
