Abstract:The paper takes Tibet University for Nationalities Library for example, and elaborates the paths to improve service quality of university library, such as occupational ethics construction, reader investigation, coordinated development between paper re- sources and electronic resources, improvement of services approach, creation of an excellent reading surrounding and building learning library.
