| 摘 要： | 科学遴选高职院校基层党组织培养活动的内容载体、改进创新学生党员党性教育活动方式方法，既是提高基层组织凝聚力和战斗力的重要途径，又是有效增强高职大学生党性修养的迫切需要。本文总结了新时期党性要求的主要内容和高职大学生党员的党性现状；从高职大学生党建工作的视野和以生为本的角度，对锤炼高职大学生党员党性有关活动的内容和方式方法进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | How to scientifically select a proper media for in junior colleges and to improve measures of educating the CPC grass-foot branches to cultivate new membership new members with the Party spirit is not only an effective way to consolidate their solidarity and strengthen their vanguard position, but also a way to meet the needs of helping enhancing their Party spirit. This article is designed to summarize the main contents of party spirit＇ s requir ements and the party spirit＇ s current situation reflected among junior college students Party members in the new period of the 21st century, and the contents and methods of related activities, which can train the part y spirit of Higher Vocational College Students Party members, are discussed from the students＇ centered persp ective of the Party construction work for them. |
