| 摘 要： | 研究武陵山区流动儿童的营养状况及营养知识、态度及行为,为流动儿童的生长发育提供帮助。方法:随机抽取湘西少数民族地区9～11岁流动儿童402名,城区常住儿童417名,分别测试其身体形态指标,并发放问卷对儿童营养学知识、态度及饮食行为习惯进行调查。结果:湘西少数民族地区9-11岁各年龄段流动儿童的身高均低于城区常住儿童,但各年龄段城区常住儿童体重与BMI值及肥胖的检出率均高于流动儿童,该地区流动儿童营养不良的检出率高于城区常住儿童;在营养态度方面,城区常住儿童和流动儿童都渴望获得一些营养学知识,但在主动关注营养信息的实际行动上不够;在营养知识方面,该地区儿童的营养学知识的知晓率都较低;在饮食行为方面,奶蛋及其制品、饮料、油炸食品、水果等食物的摄入量城区常住儿童多于流动儿童。

| Abstract: | Research on the nourishment condition,Knowledge,behavior of migrant children in Wu Ling mountain area for providing help to the child’s growth.Methods： randomly samples 402 9 ～11 years old migrant child and 417 resident children of city in west national minority region of Hulan,body appearance index sign were tested and performed the investigation on nutritional knowledge,attitude and diet behavior by questionnaire.Resalts： the heights of 9-11 migrant children are all lower than that of resident children in the west national minority region of Hulan,but each age segment resident children’s weight,BMI and fat rate are higher than migrant children;The malnutrition rate of migrant children is higher than that of resident children;In the nourishment attitude,the resident children and migrant children all hope to acquire some dietetics knowledge,but they didn’t progressively pays attention to a nourishment information;In the nourishment knowledge,The understanding of dietetics knowledge of the region’s child is all lower;In the food behavior,the absorb quantity of resident childres to milk,egg,beverage,fried foods and fruits are more than that of migrant child. |
