摘    要:目的:探讨人体一次性中等强度运动训练前后体成分的变化特点;方法:运用国产中体同方体成分测试仪对高校健美操运动员一次性训练前后的体成分进行测试,测试参数包括:细胞内液、细胞外液、总水分、蛋白质、无机盐、肌肉重量、脂肪重量、去脂体重及总体重等。结果:健美操运动员一次性训练后体重、脂肪量由训练前的56.86kg和8.21kg分别减少至训练后即刻的55.48kg和7.05kg,差异非常显著(P<0.01);总水分和细胞内液由训练前的35.47kg和24.00kg下降到训练后的35.30kg和23.85kg(P<0.05);其他指标值虽有下降但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:一次性中等强度训练后即刻,生物电阻抗法测得人体体重的下降主要表现为体脂的减少和水分的丢失。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the change characteristics of human body composition after an acute training with moderate intensity.Methods: we measured the body composition of college aerobic athletes before and after a training session by using the ZhongTiTongFang analyzer which made in China.The parameters measured include intercellular fluid,extracellular fluid,total body water,protein,inorganic salts,muscle weight,fat,fatfree mass,and body weight.Results: after an acute training,the weights of body weight and fat of the subjects changed significantly(P 0.01) from 56.86kg and 8.21kg to 55.48kg and 7.05kg,respectively.The weight of total water and intercellular fluid turned to 35.30kg and 23.85kg from the beginning of training which was 35.47kg and 24.00kg,respectively(P 0.05).Although there had any decreases,values of the other parameters were not showed significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion: The decline of body weight after acute moderate intensity training was mainly caused by the decrease of body fat and the total water which measured by the method of bioelectric impedance analysis.
