高中体育与健康课程实施中体育教师的心理不适与调适策略

摘    要:体育课程实施是体育课程改革的关键环节。体育与健康课程的实施,它给中学体育教师提出了新要求,也给他们带来了一定程度上的心理不适,主要有角色转换、教学方式和学习方式变革所引起的心理不适等;针对新体育课程改革中教师心理不适的基本表征,主要有自我调适、同事协作、指导参与、支持和关心等四种调适策略。

Abstract:Implementation of PE curriculum is a key link in the PE curriculum reform.The Implementation brings about new requirements as well as psychological unadaptability for the teachers in the middle school.The psychological unadaptability is mainly in seen in the transfer of roles,the reform of teaching methods and learning manners.Based on the analysis of these basic manifestations,this article suggests five adjusting and controlling tactics:self-adjusting,mutual help between colleges.
