摘    要:提升中小学教师的教育哲学素养,增强其从教育本质和终极关怀的意义上,理解教师职业、理解教育活动的能力,即以一个实践者的角度去体味教育的基本问题,以此作为中小学教师自身发展的一个重要开端。只有明晰教育哲学素养对于中小学教师自身发展的意义,才能真正理解中小学教师教育哲学素养提升的重要性。

Abstract:The upgrading of educational philosophy attainments of teachers in primary and secondary schools from the perspectives of the essence of education and the ultimate care,may help them to have a better understanding of teaching profession and pedagogical activities.That is to say,teachers should understand the basic educational problems in practice,which is the important beginning of their self-development.This article makes clear the significance of teachers' educational philosophy attainments so as to upgrade it.
