| 摘 要： | 校园精神文化是校园的核心文化，是学校的灵魂，是校园文化建设所要营造的最高目标。体现校园文化特性的关键是以人为本，注重人的全面发展。本文从正面导向功能、凝聚激励功能、约束规范功能和同化辐射功能等方面对校园精神文化的育人功能进行了全面透彻的阐述。

| Abstract: | Campus spiritual culture is the core culture of the campus, which is also the soul of the school, and is the highest goal of the campus culture construction. The key to reflect the characteristic of campus culture is people-oriented and all-round development. The paper expounds the educational function of campus spiritual culture thoroughly and clearly from aspects of positive guiding function, condensed incentive function, constraint standard function and assimilation of radiation function. |
