| 摘 要： | 培养大学生法治观既是高校思想政治教育的目标之一,也是以法育人的重要内容。大学生法治观的养成,应以信仰法律、服从法律、人权观、守法观、平等观、契约意识、申诉意识和诉讼意识为其基本目标构成,并将这些目标加以有机整合。

| Abstract: | As one of the goals of ideological education in colleges and universities,to cultivate the notion of ruling by law among college students is an important component of educating people by law.The present paper argues that the notion of ruling by law should be cultivated among college students,with the development of some basic aspects as its main components such as belief in law,obedience to law,notion of human rights,notion of law-abiding,notion of equality,notion of contract,notion of appealing and litigation,as well as the organic integration of these aspects. |
