| 摘 要： | 本文筛选出一种性能良好的油脂水解用相转移催化剂,利用正交设计试验确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,几种油脂的水解度均超过99％,提出了一条技术先进、经济效益显著,适宜中小型工厂生产的工艺路线。

The optimum conditions are confirmed by the orthogonal test The results indicate degree of hydrolysis for the some fats is over 99%. An advanced and marked economic benefit thechno-logy Suiable for middle-little factory production is put in this experiment. |
