| Abstract: | This paper discusses the question of how to achieve "Three-unity" , that is, unity in software application, unity in purchasing and unity in cataloging, in purchasing and cataloging of the university libraries after the educational institutions amalgamation, and puts forward practical means for solving the current problems. |
