| 摘 要： | 近年来电能计量工作受到了社会各方面的高度重视，由于电能计量封印管理涉及的范围比较广，内容丰富，传统的封印管理模式难以满足当前新形式的需要，研制一套电能计量封印管理系统势在必行。本文介绍了电能计量封印管理系统的结构及设计办法。该系统包括封印管理模块、封印查询模块、短信息管理模块和系统管理模块四个模块，实现了电能计量封印管理的流程化，信息化和网络化。该系统在莆田电业局开展电能计量工作中发挥重要的作用，取得了良好的应用效果。

It contributes to the realization of the management＇s progression, informatization and webification. This system plays an important role in being applied in Putian Electric Power Corporation for the management of electric energy metering and has made great achievement. |
