| 摘 要： | 通过对企业技术创新动态发展过程分析，阐明企业技术创新动态发展过程中知识管理作用机理，给出基于企业技术创新过程知识管理的人才内涵，构建企业技术创新动态发展过程中知识管理与人才管理耦合演化过程模型。不仅为技术创新、知识管理、人才管理的理论研究提供新的思路，而且为制定有效提高企业技术创新、知识管理、人才管理能力的对策和措施提供理论依据。
