基于知识位势的员工知识转移激励机制研究

摘    要:知识的增长离不开员工之间知识转移,有效的激励机制是组织开展知识转移活动的关键,而知识转移的效果又取决于高位势知识员工转移知识的意愿和低位势知识员工吸收知识的能力。本文从知识位势的角度出发,引入知识吸收系数,探讨高知识位势员工、低知识位势员工和企业三方的利益机制下知识转移的效果,分析了多种激励机制在促进组织内知识转移的有效性。研究表明,对知识拥有者采用精神激励加团队收益激励的策略,最有利于员工知识转移。
