| 摘 要： | 为了更好地组织、实施省级骨干教师培训，培训机构用问卷调查和个别访谈的方法，对参培教师的需求进行调查。调查结果显示：省级骨干教师对培训内容、培训形式、授课师资和授课时间等四方面都有具体需求。基于调查结果，提出精选切合骨干教师实际的培训内容、加强骨干教师科研能力的培养、采取灵活多样的培训形式、实行开放式的师资配置、合理安排培训时间等建议。

| Abstract: | In order to organize and implement the training activities better for provincial leading teachers, our training organization has surveyed the needs of these teachers by taking questionnaires and individual interviews. The survey shows that provincial leading teachers commonly have four specific needs in areas of training content, training format, teaching staff, and training schedule. Based on the research results, several recommendations are made, including the better matching between the training content and the actual needs of the teachers under training, the strengthening of the research ability of the core teachers, adopting a flexible and diversified training format, forming an open teaching staff configuration, and suitably arranging the training schedule. |
