| 摘 要： | 现代企业是以现代化生产和现代化管理为支柱的企业形式，具有大批掌握、扩散和应用新知识、新技术和较强实践能力的劳动者，是现代企业发展的第一资源。因此，建立良好的培训机制，确立符合企业实际的培训目标，构建校企合作的培训模式，建立校企合作的保障机构，是搞好现代企业培训的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Modern enterprises depend on mod ernize production and modernize management.Having a large number of labours comanding new knowledge and technology is the fist resources for the development of it.So estab lishing good training mech anism and appropriate training objectives,constructing training mod el based on school-enterprise cooperate and the mechanism ensuring it are the only way to develop mod ern enterprise training. |
