| 摘 要： | 扬弃异化劳动，追求劳动正义，是人的全面发展的内在要求。劳动正义是人的本质的现实的生成。劳动正义是劳动者的“应得”善和非劳动者的“应得”善的获得的统一，是劳动者的“配得”善和非劳动者的“配得”善的获得的统一，是人的自由自主的劳动与人的本质的现实生成的统一，是人的劳动的内在关系的和谐和统一，是个体的人与社会的人的统一，是个人发展与社会共享的统一，是劳动部分正义、充分正义与完全正义的统一．是现实诉求和永恒追求的统一。

| Abstract: | The positive transcendence of alien labor and the appeal to labor justice is the internal need of man＇ s comprehensive development. Labor justice is the coming-to-be of human essence. Labor justice is the unity of the deserved good by entitlements for the laborer and the non-laborer, the distributed good for the laborer and non-laborer, and the free and independent work and the real manifestation of man＇ s essential powers. Labor justice is also the congruence of the harmonious internal labor relations among people, the individual being and the social being,the personal development and the social sharing,the partial realization,the plentiful appropriation,and the real quest for labor justice at the present and in the future. |
