青藤碱的电化学研究

摘    要:用单扫示波极谱法,青藤碱在0.1mol/LNa_2B_4O_7中有两个还原峰,峰P_1和P_2的电位分别为-1.45V和-1.67V(vs.SCE),峰P_1的峰电流与浓度在0.06~1.8mg/L和20~34.6mg/L范围内有线性关系,检测限为0.02mg/L,用以测定中药膏风藤克总生物碱的含量,结果令人满意.实验证明,青藤碱的电极反应过程为不可逆的四电子过程,并讨论了青藤碱对超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~-)的清除作用。

Abstract:By means of single sweep oscillopolarogrphy, Sinomenine shows two reduction waves and the peak potentials are - 1.45 V and -1.67 V (vs. SCE) respectively, using 0.1 mol/L Na_2B_4O_7 as base solution, the peak height of wave P_1 is proportional to the concentration in the range of 0.06-1.8 mg/L and 2.0-34.6 mg/L respectively. And the detection limit is 0.02 mg/L. It is employed for the determination of totol alkaloids in Sinumenium acutum (Thumb. ) Rehd. et Wils with satisfaction. The experimental results show that electrode reaction of Sinomenine is irreversible four-electron process. In addition, it is discussed that Sinomenine can scavenge superoxide anion radical produced by the auto-oxidati0n of Pyrogallol.
