| 摘 要： | 面对当前就业的严峻形势，关注和促进就业成为做好高职学生思想政治教育工作的着力点。随着社会竞争的日趋激烈，用人单位对高职学生的素质要求发生了新变化，通过具体分析高职院校思想政治教育工作在引导和促进就业的作用，提出思想政治教育要从思政课教学、实习实训、科学考评、品牌活动、心理教育五个方面着手，促进“教”与“育”的有机结合，以应对就业难的现状。

| Abstract: | In the face of the serious situation of the current employment, watching and promoting employment become the focus for higher vocational students＇ ideological and political education work. As the social competition is increasingly fierce, the demand for higher vocational student quality of the employers has changed, through the specific analysis of the role of the higher vocational ideological and political education work in guiding and promoting the employment, it puts forward the ideological and political education should promote the combination of ＂teaching＂ and ＂education＂ from the teaching, practice, scientific appraisal, brand activities, and the psychological education five aspects, to cope with the present situation of the difficult employment. |
