| 摘 要： | 本文针对通信类行业发展特点,对该类专业在校企合作办学环境下的人才培养模式进行了探索。提出了基于"校中厂"实践模式、"厂中校"实训模式、"校中校"培养模式为主线的培养模式,并对其具体实现方法进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we explored the personal training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation of major communication for communications industry characteristics.Proposed the main line based on the "school within factory" practice mode,"factory within school" training mode and "school within a school" training mode,finally discussed its specific implementations. |
