| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育和心理教育是紧密地联系在一起的.在高校教育体制改革后,高校思想政治教育工作面临许多新的问题和挑战,大学生存在着突出的心理问题.思想政治教育工作者应该善于运用归因效应、群体心理功能、因材施教、倾听艺术等心理教育方法去打开高校思想政治教育工作的大门,才能做好高校思想政治教育工作.

| Abstract: | The education of ideology and politics is connected with psychological education closely.After the reform of education structure in the universities, the education of ideology and politics faces many problems and challenges,especially many psychological problems of students exist.Therefore,the workers of ideology and politics should be good at using methods of psychological education,such as cause-summing effect,psychological functions of group,teaching according to students' aptitude,art of attentively listening and so on.Only through these methods,can the education of ideology and politics in the universities be done well. |
