| 摘 要： | 本文分析了现有的危机信息管理研究和基于竞争情报的企业危机管理研究两方面存在的问题,在对基于竞争情报的企业危机信息活动分析基础上,结合两方面研究的利与弊,同时考虑竞争情报与危机信息管理的协调问题,将竞争情报引入企业的危机信息管理中,在同一信息平台下建立了基于竞争情报的企业危机信息综合管理体系。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed some problems which exist in the research of crisis information management and crisis management based on competitive intelligence.Combining with the advantages and disadvantages of both studies and considering the coordination of competitive intelligence and crisis information management,it built a comprehensive system of the crisis information management based on competitive intelligence on the same information platform. |
