| 摘 要： | 新疆文化共享工程是新形势下构建新疆公共文化服务体系、惠及千家万户的一项重要文化基础工程,是政府提供公益性服务的重大文化项目,是实现疆内群众基本文化权益的重要途径。因多种因素制约,新疆在文化共享工程建设过程中存在着诸多困惑。2009年以来Interlib在自治区馆成功应用实施,破解了自治区馆在文化共享工程建设过程中存在的难题,提升了疆内公共图书馆服务水平,推动了新疆文化共享工程的均衡发展。
