| 摘 要： | 以中国期刊网、SCI数据库和中国专利信息网作为主要数据来源,运用科学计量学方法对我国高校产出的科技论文、发明专利以及完成重大科技成果项目等进行计量分析,并与我国其他科研部门及部分国家进行相应比较,揭示出我国高校在国家科技创新中的重要作用,以引起有关科研管理部门的重视,加强对高校人力和财力资源的投入。

| Abstract: | Science and technology of Chinese higher education institutions(HEI) have been developing quickly and completely since 1990s.Mainly based on "CNKI" net SCI Database and China Patent Information Net using the method of scientometrics in this paper we try to investigate the state of the science and technology development of HEI.The results have shown the status in our country's development of S&T according to analyzing and comparing the investment of manpower and resources with the output of publications products and patents. |
