| 摘 要： | 教育部高校图工委期刊专业委员会自成立以来,已经健康运作了16年.其显著特征是正规性、广泛性和民间性.在知识管理涌现于业界之际,宜把握机遇,兴利除弊;增强凝聚力,再接再励.使这个学术机构成为一个自上而下的、有浓郁学术氛围的、能有效指导大学图书馆期刊工作的团体.
