| 摘 要： | 高校贫困生是高等学校的特殊群体。他们存在着较强的自卑闭锁心理、极度的自尊心理和严重的依赖心理。进行心理帮扶 ,培养和塑造他们坚强的性格 ,给予精神上的解困 ;建立以无担保信用的助学贷款为主要渠道的助学保障 ,完善和改进奖学金和助学金制度 ,建立健全勤工助学和贫困生基金解困运行机制 ,是物质解困的关键。

| Abstract: | Poor students are a special group in the institution of high learning. To a great extent, they are mentally humble, self-centered and dependent. Psychological aid is necessary to foster and develop their strong personality. Meanwhile, to provide the study-aid loan of non-guarantee credit, improve and perfect the scholarship and study aid system, and to establish the operating institution of part-time employment and poor students fund are the key to the material aid. |
