主动参与型教学方法在职业素质教育中的应用

摘    要:高等职业教育重在培养学生的职业能力。职业能力包括专业技能和职业素质。职业素质在职业能力中是非常重要的一个方面。职业素质培养一般在工厂、企业的现场进行,而在高等职业教育的课堂上大多进行的是专业技能的训练,很难有职业素质培养的环境。通过主动参与型教学方法的教学实践,探索学校课堂上培养职业素质的教学方法,为培养适应社会需求的职业技能型人才提供可操作的具体思路,为相关领域培养人才有所裨益。

Abstract:Higher vocational education focuses on training of students" occupational skills, including professional skills and quality. The occupational quality is one of the most important aspects in occupation- al skills. Occupational quality training is generally conducted in factories, enterprises, while insufficient training environment makes it difficult to do so in the classroom. In this paper, the active participation- type teaching method of occupational quality training is discussed by teaching practice, offering suggestions for turning out workers with the occupational skills.
