武汉市既有公共建筑节能改造技术方案研究

摘    要:既有公共建筑在建筑围护结构、冷热源、输配系统、末端系统、电气系统、照明及办公设备、管理环节方面等存在不合理因素,导致建筑能耗偏高。通过实际既有建筑的调研,建立典型中央空调类办公建筑模型,采用全年动态能耗模拟的方法评价改造技术方案。结合市场价格,通过回收期的比较,推荐改造的优选方案。

Abstract:There exist a variety of unreasonable elements in public buildings m regarta to t,~ rural fence, the cold and heat source, the input and transmission system, the end system, the electrical system, the lighting and office facilities and administrative links, which lead to high energy consumption. Based on the investigation and study of the public buildings, office building model, such as typical central air-conditioning, is derived, adopting energy consumption analogy strategy on a annually dynamic basis and selecting innovation technological programs, and recommending optimization plan on the basis of mar- ket prices and comparison of payback periods.
